I dont know how old my cat is but she is old enough to have kittens. what should i do?

She should be spayed as soon as you can schedule it. A twelve year old girl may be old enough to have a baby and that doesn't mean it is at all advisable.

Cats that experience even one heat are known to be more likely to have mammary cancer in their lives than cats spayed earlier than that. So you are protecting her future health by taking that step right now. The younger the cat the more likely that kittens will be stillborn or deformed in some way. Your cat needs to finish her own growth cycle before she has the nutritional energy to gestate kittens.
