You need to report it to paypal; they have access to her account and if she has not closed it they can get the $$ refunded to you. It takes a couple months though.

did you buy it from a her website where she had paypal listed? I would go back to the website and file a dispute regardless, they will investigate the matter and resolve it for you.

That's why you use pay pal. Contact them right away. If the vendor is registered with pay pal, they should be able to help you contact her. The quicker you act, the better your chances for success.

If you paid with cash in your paypal account, file a dispute with them immediately. If you paid with a credit card through Paypal, you should still file a dispute, but also call your credit card company and ask for a refund as well.

File a complaint with PayPal and also if she is affiliated with any cat clubs like CFA, TICA, etc. file a complaint with them as well.

I actually bought a cat through paypal and had no problems. It really just depends on the breeder.
