How will i know if my cats unborn babies are dead when my other cat had kittens the bump wasnt as hard?

my kitten is acting very strange and her stomach is very hard (bloated like) i know she is pregnant but could they be dead as my previous cats pregnancy was totaly diff
Answers:
If she will allow it, massage her belly gently for a while. This should stimulate the kittens to move around a bit.
If she won't allow it, a trip to the vet is your best bet.
You can't really tell yourself. If you really want to find out now, take her to the vet. And please consider getting your cat fixed, there are too many kittens that end up homeless.
no joke your cat will get very ill and will prob die you need a vet.
I'm srry to tell you, but there just probably under developed. are you POSITIVE your cat is PREGNANT? beause I had a cat, she was a young about a year old cat. She was bloated, and her stomach was "hard" like you said. We took her to the vet. Instead o him telling us when she was due, he told us that she has a rare desease (i thin kit was called F.I.P. or something) its a desease where they fill up with liquid, andeventually slowly "deteriorate" and die. We chose to put her to sleep. the easiest way to tell if your cat is pregnant or has a desease, you can put one hand on the side of your cats belly, and flick it with the other hand on the other side. If you feel a vibration, or the "waves" then there might be something wrong. Take her to the vet emediatley. If there ARE kittens in there, then they will absord the "flick" and you wont feel it on the other side. Hope you get good news.
