well to be honest on the less expensive end at a vet its prolly going to be about 4 to 5 hundred. getting shots spaying wormer etc getting an animal fixed its going to run at least 100 at any vet. plus an office visit. so thats about 30-60 bucks for the office visit. at the lowest 13 dollars for a rabies and 20 something for the other shots. pets cost :)
Most animal shelters have low cost and sometime free shots and spaying clinics. Call in your area and find out. That would be your best bet. Good luck they are very cute;^)
I know our local vet has a bundle kind of deal for new pets at a good deal, so you might want to call someone in your area and ask if they have anything like that, or how much it would be.

I don't know how old the kittens are, but they might be too young to spay right now, so you might have some time to save up for that if you find out how much it will cost ahead of time.

But that is my suggestion, call and ask. But we had our dog neutered and his shots for less than 150, I don't know about cats though. And you should look for the low cost clinics, they have them every few months around here.
I had my cat dewormed, vacinated, neutered, and microchipped (in case he ever gets lost). It cost about $500. The vet gave me the "kitten package", because it was done together the rate was reduced.
Minus the deworming and microchip - about $400.
You can try a low-cost site, or a humane/SPC. Or you can ask the new owners for a "deposit", refundable upon notification that kittens were spayed/neutered and vacinated.
