First, where is the momcat? That's the best bet. Next best is to use a syringe (no needle) or an eyedropper. If you can't get ahold of kitten formula, go get a can of goat's milk at the grocery store. Make sure it is warmed up - just warm feeling to the inside of your wrist before you feet it to the kitten. Feed one drop at a time, make sure the kitten is swallowing. DO NOT USE COW'S MILK!

After you feed the kitten, you have to stimulate it to go potty by lightly stroking its bottom area with a warm, damp, cotton ball.
Newborns can't regulate their own temperatures and will die if not kept warm. You can do this by using a heating pad on low with a few layers of cotton towel over the pad, and one tenting over the kitten.
you can get some dairy milk, dip a cotton ball in it. very gently open the kitty's mouth and squeeze the cotton ball of milk in his mouth. be very gentle and don't let the cat eat any cotton
Well it depends on how old the kitten is. You can use a syringe but remember to be careful of aspiration (that is when they drink too fast and the mlk ends up in their lungs) also if s/he is old enough you can feed it with a spoon!...let her lick off of it...or slowly pour it into her mouth...not the back of her throat.

Oh here's on my roomie mentined...if you have a deli near your run down there and get a bottle of the new poland springs water w. the nozzle thing (the liter bottles). It should do as a makeshift for now. Deli's should still be open and some do sell nipples and bottles...

I hope your baby is ok. When you have time can you tell us why s/he isn't w, her mother?
You could go to Walmart now and get some kitten milk. I think that they sell the syringes too
You can go to the store and get some formula or try some wet food. Milk can give them diarrhea or make them constipated because most cats are lactose intolerant.
You get a piece of cloth. You make it as a string. You get a plate %26 put little milk. You put that string into the plate of milk. You keep one side of a string into the kitten. He will slowly drink milk.
