How do you get rid of cat pee smell?

We dont have cats but other people do and our porch smells like cat pee. Its hot were on the third floor and need to air and and its hard when its smells so bad. PLEASE HELP!
Answers:
Use a 3:1 warm water to white vinegar solution to remove cat urine odor from your hard wood, tile or linoleum floors. Yes, your house will smell like vinegar for a few hours, but it will fade and that lovely urine smell will be gone!
there is also this product called "urine-off" which is supposed to be the best on the market
febreeze
Try Murphy's Oil Soap on that peed on wood. Let it soak in. Then clean it. Or that Orange Glow wood cleaner. Their cats will never set foot near your porch again if you use the orange stuff-THEY HATE CITRUS odors. Sorry to hear about that stench, man. Good luck! If it is coming from the porches below-wait until when no one is out there in the dead of the night (make sure no cats are out there either) and dump some orange wood cleaner down onto the lower porches too. It will have the same effect. Sneaky Sneaky!
Sorry to say but I have lived with cats all of my childhood plus about ten years into my adulthood and the smell will never go away, you can mask it but it always comes back. It does fade with time but the smell will always show up especially when it is hot. The extreme is having to replace whatever is holding the small (carpet, flooring, etc) :(
If the smell is coming up from someone elses apartment there isnt much you can do but maybe get one of those automatic air freshners that you can program to go off every 30 or l5 minutes. Renown is a good brand.
